Park Royal Homestay Club Cala Puerto Rico, Humacao

Our stay at the Park Royale in Humacao was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff was friendly and helpful, but we were let down by the condition of our villa and the lack of basic amenities. While we enjoyed the tranquility of the area and the pool, it's clear that the rooms need significant updates to match the resort's advertised luxury and family-friendly image.

Park Royal Club Cala in Humacao felt more like a mid-range hotel rather than a luxury resort. The two-bedroom unit we stayed in was decent and equipped with all the essentials, but the bathroom floors could have been cleaner. While it's a suitable place for resting, it might not be ideal for those looking to spend all day enjoying resort amenities. The location is good for quick trips to local attractions but requires some driving to reach more popular sites.

My stay was absolutely frustrating due to the lack of basic amenities and the unfriendly staff. While the location was somewhat central for exploring the area, the outdated facilities and the overall management response left a lot to be desired. Despite the resort's promise of comfort, my experience was marred by poor service and inadequate accommodations.

My stay at this resort was quite disappointing due to several major issues. The rooms were spacious but lacked proper amenities, and the noise levels from the A/C and refrigerator were bothersome. However, there were some positives such as the clean pools and helpful staff. Unfortunately, I will have to look for a better option next time as the inconveniences overshadowed the positives.
